"Infinite Mishaps on Paper (Part II)

the show consists of new and old works utilizing primarily the printmaking medium.  Often the success within my work stems from the inherent grain of the wood that I use When making my woodcuts.  The final work is always a mystery prior to printing the piece itself.  These unforeseen mishaps often become the strengths within the finished works.  Screen printing was the medium that I utilized prior to moving to Texas to pursue my MFA at TTU.  These works were just a playful experimentation with different images and print techniques.  They are unplanned and develop through a very quick thought process just reacting to unforeseen story lines and juxtaposition of different images, shapes, and colors.
